Salted in Bristol: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What salted costs in Bristol
Salted starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Salted in Bristol reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: salted in Bristol works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted starter kit really costs in Bristol
A salted starter kit from the discounted options in Bristol costs about £2.54 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where salted goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Treating the advertised £31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.54 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for salted in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
