Frozen RDA Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Frozen in Bristol: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
We run frozen the same way in Bristol: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on frozen: 8 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Bristol works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen RDA really costs in Bristol
We run frozen the same way in Bristol: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested frozen in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Bristol survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in the UK |

| Entry kit | £66 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | £2.66 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.66 per 10 ml liquid plus £66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
