Sour sub-ohm kit Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Sour in Bristol: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at sour in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: sour in Bristol works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour sub-ohm kit really costs in Bristol
A sour sub-ohm kit from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £3.47 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where sour goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Bristol survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sour in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.47 per 10 ml liquid plus £52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.47 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
