Ordering Nicotine Salt to Bristol: the practical version
The honest read on sour: 12 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run sour the same way in Bristol: same pen device, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour pen device really costs in Bristol
Sour pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested sour in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.06 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
