Pear RDA Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Pear in Bristol: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the pear habit
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.0 per 10 ml.
Pear in Bristol reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: pear in Bristol works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear RDA really costs in Bristol
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested pear in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Bristol survives.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for pear in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does pear in a RDA last?
In Bristol we measured 9 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.0 per 10 ml liquid plus £35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
