Lime squonk mod Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the online shortlist
Lime in Bristol: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What lime costs in Bristol
The honest read on lime: 15 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A lime squonk mod from the online options in Bristol costs about £2.55 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Lime in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested lime in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where lime goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised £36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.55 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lime the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.55 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
