Licorice in Bristol: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the licorice habit
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Licorice pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: licorice in Bristol works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice pen device really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at licorice in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested licorice in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised £32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.58 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
