Guava vape pen Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the online shortlist
Guava in Bristol: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the guava habit
We run guava the same way in Bristol: same vape pen, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A guava vape pen from the online options in Bristol costs about £2.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a guava vape pen really costs in Bristol
Guava prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.29 per 10 ml.
How we tested guava in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where guava goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.29 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On guava the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.29 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
Is guava legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
