Grapey vape pen Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Grapey in Bristol: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Grapey sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a grapey vape pen really costs in Bristol
The honest read on grapey: 13 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.36 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is grapey legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On grapey the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.36 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
