Cola in Bristol: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cola habit
A cola pen device from the compared options in Bristol costs about £3.52 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy Nicotine Salt in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola pen device really costs in Bristol
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.52 per 10 ml.
How we tested cola in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cola goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cola the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.52 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
