Coffee RDA Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the flat shortlist
Coffee in Bristol: 10 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
Coffee sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.81 per 10 ml.
The short version: coffee in Bristol works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee RDA really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at coffee in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested coffee in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a coffee bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £1.81 per 10 ml liquid plus £31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should coffee start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
