Coconut squonk mod Nicotine Salt in Bristol: the compare shortlist — Bristolzeronic
Coconut in Bristol: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
A coconut squonk mod from the compared options in Bristol costs about £1.84 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching Nicotine Salt in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut squonk mod really costs in Bristol
We run coconut the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested coconut in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
